1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from thegarora.shop ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
- Product images are representative; handmade items may have minor natural variations.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
- Credit/debit card payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Cash on Delivery (manual transfer) orders must be paid within 3 business days or the order will be cancelled.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
4. Shipping
- We ship from Viet Nam. Processing time is 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier handoff.
- International customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
- To initiate a return, contact thegarorashop@gmail.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of TheGarora or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or commercially exploiting products without authorisation.
- Scraping, crawling, or automating requests to the Site.

- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheGarora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Viet Nam.
